In the last few years their has been a new position of pastorate arise in many churches.  That is the position of Media Pastor.  So many churches are realizing the importance and value of design and media in their ministries and are hiring someone full time to meet that need.  However, most churches are not in a financial position to add this “dispensable” position. To meet this need, Mind[i]Media offers the “artist for hire” contract.

The Artist for Hire contract is a unique and incredibly valulable service . The goal of this service is to provide churches an opportunity to have a substitute for an on-staff media pastor or designer, for literal fraction of the cost. The contract is set up to be completely flexible and includes everything from sermon series graphics, to webs design, to logo design.

• Level One - 5 Credits per month
• $1800 per year/$150 per month
• Actual value of services - $3000  
• Level Two - 8 Credits per month
• $3000 per year/$250 per month
• Actual value of services - $4800  
• Level Three - 12 Credits per month
• $4800 per year/$400 per month
• Actual value of services - $7200

Graphics

· 1 concept logo/graphic - 1 credit

· extra concept - 1 credit

· extra revision round - 1 credit

· 1 concept poster, letterhead, business card, banner design, invite cards, etc - 2 credits

· -extra concept - 2 credits

·-extra revision round - 2 credits

·Multimedia

·Video clips, animations, video openers, etc - 30sec or less - 3 credits

· Loops - 1 credit each

· Multimedia elements of 30+ sec - 3 credits per 30 sec segment

· *No revisions are provided for in multimedia - exact instructions are required. If revisions are needed, they will be 2 credits per revision round

·Web Maintenance

· *Maintenance is only available for sites designed by Mind[i]Media and is only available once per month.

· Content Change - i.e., dates, times, events, text, etc - 2 credits

· Page additions or redesigns - 4 credits per page

·*Full site redesign is not provided for through the credit system and must be requested as an additional project
