Whites Only Voting Centers Reintroduced in Southern States

We've just received word that in addition to closing polling stations whites only voting centers have been reintroduced in some southern states.  We reached out to voters in Florida and Texas for comment, "Well, the new centers don't specifically say whites only but if you look at where they closed centers and opened new ones it's pretty clear what's going on.  They're removing voting centers from areas with higher minority populations and opening more in largely white populated areas."  This seems to be an ongoing issue.  Anyone who doesn't see it is either brain dead or dismissing it because it supports their own misguided agenda.
