Study: Beto O'Rourke is Actually Howard Dean

Last year when Beto O'Rourke emerged as a controversial character in the democratic party it was impossible to deny that we'd seen him before. After a little reflection it became clear that he wasn't a newcomer at all. He was just Howard Dean with a new "byyyyyaaaaah". The similarities were so close that researchers at The International Institute of Scientific Truth and Knowledge performed an official study. The study concluded that Beto O'Rourke is in fact just Howard Dean.
